When a download is initiated OPAL/Miner goes into a wait state while SAP is processing the data retrieval request. Depending on the volume of data being retrieved this can take several minutes. In the meantime, the OPAL/Miner panels will not refresh while other activities are being performed on your workstation. This results in remnants of other windows remaining visible in the areas on the screen that the OPAL/Miner window occupies. This is perfectly normal. Once SAP completes collating the data, it returns control to OPAL/Miner which then goes through the refresh process to return your screen to normal.
