This error is caused by the Macro Security Level being set to either Medium or High. Before beginning the OPAL/Miner installation you need to first open MS Access and set the macro security level to low. You can change this setting under Tools -> Macro -> Security and select Low. Click Ok and a warning message will be displayed. Click on the Ok button. Exit MS Access and restart OPAL/Miner to complete the installation process.
